Osprey Pointe Townhomes

Project consists of a 28 +/- lot, semi-detached residential townhomes in Worcester County, Maryland. Performed Civil Engineering design of water mains, gravity sanitary sewers, storm water facilities, soil erosion and sediment control measures and other minor associated facilities.

Miskimon Site

Project consisted of a preliminary design of storm water management facilities for a proposed parking area. Additionally, drafting of wetland impact plates for permit authorities was performed, as instructed by the Owner’s environmental consultant who performed the wetland delineation. The project is located in Worcester county, Maryland.

Deer Point Subdivision

Project consisted of a 60 +/- lot, single family, residential subdivision in Worcester County, Maryland. Performed Civil Engineering design of water mains, gravity sanitary sewers, storm sewers and soil erosion and sediment control measures.
